Can I arrive on Wednesday?

Yes — campers can add Wednesday Access ($100) to get on the grounds a day early, on Wednesday, July 7, and set up before the gates open Thursday. If your group is arriving at different times, each arrival needs its own Wednesday Access.

Wednesday Access details

Where do I park?

General parking is in Winnebago County Park — use 330 E Snell Rd, Oshkosh for the entrance. In2026, parking was $20 for the Full Event and $10 for One Day.

  • From US Hwy 41, exit on Hwy 76 / Jackson Street and head south toward Oshkosh.
  • Pass through the first major intersection (County Road Y).
  • At the next stoplight, turn left (east) onto Snell Road.
  • After about ½ mile, turn left (north) into Winnebago County Park.
Where can I stay?

Camp right on the grounds — see camping options for tent, pop-up and electric sites — or find hotels near Sunnyview Expo Center.

Do I need to bring a chair?

For the Grandstand, yes — unless you buy Reserved or On Stage seating. Chairs may be set out from about 9:00 am each morning but can't be left overnight (they'll be removed). Please skip chairs with umbrellas or anything that blocks your neighbor's view, keep chairs inside the painted lines so aisles stay clear, and don't use tarps or blankets to save space. If you need a canopy for medical reasons, place it behind all the chairs.

The Café, KidZone, Quake and Oasis venues have folding chairs. The Edge is made for dancing and jumping, so there are no chairs — just bleachers along the edge.

What can I bring?

Not allowed

Alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, weapons or anything that resembles one (including paintball guns), and fireworks. Violators may be removed without a refund, and illegal activity will be reported to authorities.

Food & drink

Carry-ins are for campers only and must be eaten at campsites or parking areas. Food and drinks are sold on the grounds at family-friendly prices, including healthy options. If you have medical dietary needs, small containers are fine.

Cameras & recording

Unauthorized video cameras, recorders, drones and professional camera gear are prohibited at stages and seminars, as are laser pointers.

Pets

Pets aren't allowed; service animals are welcome.

Golf carts, scooters & ATVs

Only personal golf carts registered with and approved by Lifest are allowed — email us for approval. Motorized scooters and mopeds aren't allowed unless needed for medical assistance. ATVs are prohibited. Lifest may hold unapproved vehicles until the festival ends, and the streets of Sunnyview follow Oshkosh traffic laws.

Accessibility

Parking

With a valid state-issued disabled parking permit, follow the general parking signs to Snell Road and enter Winnebago County Park; an attendant will direct you to the accessible lot (subject to availability).

Seating

The Grandstand platform has space for wheelchair users and one guest — stop by the platform to request a one-day pass (limited, first-come, first-served), or guarantee a spot with Reserved Platform seating. The Café Stage has a wheelchair area by the stage.

Deaf & hard of hearing

Lifest provides American Sign Language interpreters. Please contact us in advance: info@lifest.org.

Camping

A limited number of tent and electric sites close to bathrooms and the road are reserved for families with special needs. They're available only by calling our office at 920-422-1299.

Mobility scooters

Motorized scooters needed for medical assistance are permitted and don't need to be registered.

Can I hand out pamphlets or sell items?

Not without prior written approval from Lifest — that includes selling products, services or Lifest tickets and distributing information. See our vendor information.

What happens if it rains?

Lifest continues rain or shine. In severe weather we may delay or cancel shows, and campers may be asked to move depending on ground conditions. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the latest.

Lost & found

Lost and Found is at Guest Services in the Box Office, where you can fill out a missing-item form. After the event, items go to the Lifest office and are kept for 30 days — contact info@lifest.com or920-422-1299. Lifest assumes no responsibility for lost items.

Help! I lost my ticket.

If you bought through iTickets, email us before the event and we'll resend your tickets, or we can reprint them at the Box Office. Physical tickets, promotional tickets, wristbands and coupons are treated as cash and can't be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Is there a military discount?

Yes: 50% off a One Day ticket any day of the event with a valid military ID (active or retired). The discount is for military personnel only and is available at the gate.

Do you donate tickets?

Ticket donations are available to Wisconsin nonprofit organizations: up to four Adult One Day tickets per organization per year, awarded first-come, first-served. Please send your request at least four weeks in advance.

Camping FAQs

Registering over 2,500 campsites is a big job — thank you ahead of time for your patience!

Arriving & checking in
  • Open: the Main Gate opens for campers at 8:00 am Thursday (or Wednesday with Wednesday Access).
  • Arrival: follow the traffic signs on Hwy 76 — you must enter Winnebago County Park from Snell Road. The camping team gives you your camping pass and directs you to Gate 1 or Gate 4, where we scan tickets and wristband everyone in your vehicle. Extra tickets and Will Call pickups are at the Box Office.
  • Vehicle pass: you'll get a vehicle pass for your campsite showing your site and cell phone number.
  • Gates: enter at the gate closest to your camping village — Gate 1 (red) for Pleasantville, Pleasantville Electric, Electric Central, The Ave and Grand Acres; Gate 4 (blue) for every other village. Vehicles can't cross between the red and blue sections. See the camping map.
  • Parking: overnight parking across the street in the County Park requires a Full Event parking pass. You may park on your site only if it's an electric site on blacktop or gravel, or in Youth City Edge or specific Graceland areas — anywhere else you'll be towed, no exceptions.
  • Boundaries: stay within your marked boundaries (flags are usually in the middle of your site).
General camping info
  • Campsite prices are for the full event.
  • Volunteers with a campsite may enter Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Main Gate opens Thursday at 8:00 am.
  • Out of respect for neighbors, no setting up after 11:00 pm. Check-out is by 3:00 pm Sunday.
  • Tent sites other than Youth City Edge and Graceland have no on-site parking, but you can unload at a designated drop-off point. Campers in Shady Acres, Back 40, Lazy Acres, Groovetown and Family Farm get one pass per group for the on-site Mission Field lot while space lasts; other vehicles park in the County Park.
  • Parking rules are strictly enforced; if you're towed, you're responsible for the fine.
  • Ice is sold at the Lifest Store.
  • Drinkable water, bathrooms and a limited number of free showers are on the grounds. There are no water or sewer hookups, but Pit-Stop Services can pump RV tanks for a fee.
  • Generators must have a muffler and be off between midnight and 8:00 am. We may ask you to turn yours off if it bothers neighbors.
  • Lifest may need to reassign campsites based on ground conditions; we'll try to let you know before you arrive.
  • Tickets and camping passes are non-refundable.
