Vendor applications for Lifest 2027 will open soon. Booth space is first come, first served.

Lifest is one of the nation's largest Christian music festivals.
An average of 27,000 people attend each day.
Booths are in the Expo building and outdoors at the Grandstand.
A family-friendly, drug- and alcohol-free event.

Exhibitors & merchandise vendors

Exhibitors

Exhibit booths are informational only — no merchandise sales and no money exchanged.
Catalogs and order forms may be handed out, but no payment can be taken at the booth.
Drawings and giveaways are allowed as long as there's no entry fee or cost to be eligible.
No pop-up tents in the Expo building (10×10 spots only).
Booth space is first come, first served.

Merchandise vendors

Merchandise sales are allowed only at merchandise vendor booths — no food items.
Lifest regulates sales of CDs and other music and appoints the provider of artist merchandise and music; artists market their own merchandise. Contact the office if you're interested in selling music.
Lifest has exclusive rights to the sale of glow products, and reserves the right to deny sales of certain items to encourage diversity.
No pop-up tents in the Expo building (10×10 spots only).

All vendors must comply with the Lifest Terms & Conditions. Applications are processed in the order received; if payment is sent separately, the application is processed once payment arrives — an application alone doesn't reserve a booth.
